In the seventeenth century it came another important milestone in the history of computing, when French scientist Blaise Pascal invented a calculating machine. I could only do addition and subtraction, but it served as an inspiration for the German Leibnitz, in the eighteenth century, desarollase later a machine was also able to do multiplication and division.
In the twentieth century, thanks to the development of electronics, gear systems and rods by electrical impulses that gave rise later, particularly around World War II, in what is considered the first computer was replaced, the Mark I, whose operation is based on mechanical switches.
In 1944 appeared the Eniac, which was the first computer for practical purposes that existed, and later in the Univac 1951 Univac I and II with very similar purposes.
